Empowering the Next Generations to Advance and Grow the Economy
Empowering the Next Generations to Advance and Grow the Economy
Who We Are:
ENGAGE is composed of individuals aged 18-35 who care about Wyoming, whether they’re life-long residents, new to the state, or living elsewhere throughout the world. After some brief downtime during the COVID pandemic, the organization reset and relaunched to address the ever persisting problem of talented, youthful people leaving Wyoming for opportunities elsewhere. This non-partisan movement is built around individuals dedicating themselves to economic growth and diversification, community enhancement, civic engagement, and policy that strengthen quality of life and the longevity of our beloved state.
Building the Wyoming
We Want to Inherit
3 Pillars of Focus:
Empower next generations Wyomingites through community events to shape Wyoming's future.
Share information, data, and resources by creating opportunities to network with young Wyomingites who are civically engaged. ENGAGE will use social media, our website, events, and more to facilitate a robust community of young people who want to make a difference.
Amplify young voices on a state level by connecting young folks with committees, commissions, boards, councils, and other volunteer and leadership opportunities.
Working with State Leaders to Advance Our Mission
Leaders from ENGAGE meeting with Renny MacKay, Policy Director for Governor Mark Gordon to discuss Wyoming's struggles to assure sustainable revenue sources.
Gathering Great People & Great Ideas
At our 2021 Summit, we convened Wyomingites ages 18-35, bringing together creators, innovators, and problem-solvers for conversations on some of Wyoming's most pressing issues.
